Yoga pose's help a lot to build strength into our bodies. This will help eliminate fat from your stomach and is very beneficial.
Do not attempt if you are pregnant, recently had a surgery, back pain or legs. If you feel a discomfort or dizziness please stop.

Here are 5 exercise I recommand after your workout.
1.Cobra
It strengthens the back, abdomen and the whole body
2.Bow
This movement gives your abdomen a full massage and activates the digestive system
3.Boat
This posture is amazing for fighting fat around the waist
4.Full Plank
You might have seen this in crossfit workout. It eliminate belly fat and it will tone your arms, shoulders, back, buttocks and thighs.
5.Release
It rejects the acid content of the stomach, improves your metabolism, cures constipation and relieves lumbar pain.
